Information & Assistance

Guidance concerning orders, payments, delivery, merchandise, and correspondence with the House. Please also review the policies linked below, which govern where applicable.

01 / CLIENT SERVICES

Orders & Payment

Purchasing Through the House

Purchases from The Eternal Bloom Co. are accepted exclusively through the checkout on the official online boutique. The House does not accept orders or request payment through personal accounts, social media messages, or informal email arrangements. Clients should verify the website address before entering payment information.

Before placing an order, clients should review the selected merchandise, quantity, product description, price, shipping address, and any optional services. An order submitted at checkout is an offer to purchase and remains subject to the House's Terms of Service, including acceptance, payment processing, and product availability.

Order Acknowledgment & Acceptance

After checkout, an electronic order confirmation is ordinarily sent to the email address supplied with the purchase. An acknowledgment of receipt does not, by itself, override the order-acceptance conditions in the Terms of Service. Clients should retain their confirmation and order number for future reference.

If confirmation does not arrive, clients should check their junk-mail folder and payment activity before placing another order. Customer Assistance can help investigate a possible duplicate or incomplete transaction.

Payment Methods & Verification

Available payment methods are those presented at checkout. Authorization and processing are subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures. The House may review transactions for legitimate security or fulfillment concerns, consistent with applicable law and the Terms of Service.

The House will not ask clients to send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords, or one-time authentication codes by email. Suspected fraudulent payment requests should be disregarded and reported to Customer Assistance.

Order Processing

The House generally aims to prepare and dispatch accepted orders within three to five business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. This is an order-processing estimate, not the shipping carrier's transit time. The timeframe may be affected by payment verification, address questions, product availability, or other fulfillment circumstances.

Where an applicable shipping commitment cannot be met, the House will provide notices, options, and refunds as required by law. A general processing estimate does not replace any more specific commitment given to a client during checkout.

Changes & Cancellation Requests

Clients requesting a change or cancellation should contact concierge@theeternalbloomco.com promptly, including the order number and requested action. Requests are reviewed against the order's status and cannot always be accommodated after processing or dispatch begins. A request is not confirmed until the House communicates its decision.

Any legally required cancellation, refund, or other remedy remains available regardless of the status of a discretionary request.

Prices, Taxes & Checkout Errors

Prices, available shipping methods, applicable taxes, and any selected additional charges are presented during checkout. Prices may change for future purchases. Material pricing or listing errors are handled in accordance with the Terms of Service and applicable law; the House will not unilaterally impose an undisclosed higher charge on a completed transaction.

Clients who notice an unexpected charge or possible duplicate purchase should contact Customer Assistance with their order details, without sending sensitive payment credentials.

Shipping & Delivery

Preparation Before Dispatch

Accepted orders are generally prepared for dispatch within three to five business days, excluding weekends and applicable holidays. Preparation and shipping transit are separate stages. The total time before receipt may therefore include both processing and carrier transportation.

Shipping Destinations & Charges

Shipping destinations, available services, and applicable charges are determined by the options offered at checkout. The House is currently finalizing international shipping arrangements; international availability should not be assumed unless a destination and shipping service can be selected through the official checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery estimates depend on the carrier, service, destination, and operating conditions. Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates unless the House expressly makes a specific delivery commitment. The House will comply with applicable obligations concerning shipping delays, required customer consent to delays, cancellation, and refunds.

Shipment Notifications & Tracking

When shipment confirmation or tracking is available, the relevant information may be communicated through the order correspondence. Carrier tracking may take time to update. Tracking records are useful for investigating delivery concerns but do not, by themselves, determine the client's legal rights or conclusively resolve every delivery dispute.

Address Accuracy & Corrections

Clients should verify their delivery details before placing an order. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts. Requests for corrections should be submitted promptly; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Any resulting charges or remedies will be assessed under the circumstances, published policies, and applicable law.

Delayed, Missing & Misdelivered Parcels

For a delayed or missing order, clients should review the available tracking information and contact Customer Assistance with the order number and a description of the issue. The House may investigate with the carrier and review the fulfillment record. Appropriate remedies will be determined by the facts and applicable law; a carrier's delivery scan is not an automatic waiver of a client's rights.

Damage in Transit

Clients are asked to report visibly damaged merchandise or packaging to orders@theeternalbloomco.com within seven days after delivery where reasonably possible. Please include the order number, a description, and photographs if available. This requested reporting period does not shorten or eliminate any nonwaivable legal right.

Returns & Exchanges

Personal-Care Merchandise

Because of the personal and hygienic nature of the House's current products, discretionary returns or exchanges for change of mind are not accepted once an order has been fulfilled. Clients should review the product information carefully before purchase. This restriction does not exclude any remedy required by applicable law.

Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Merchandise

If an order arrives incorrect or damaged, or a product appears defective, clients should contact orders@theeternalbloomco.com promptly. For delivery damage or incorrect merchandise, the House requests notice within seven days of delivery where reasonably possible. The client should provide the order number, a description of the concern, and supporting photographs if available.

The House may request reasonable additional information to evaluate the issue and identify an appropriate remedy. Clients should await instructions before sending merchandise back, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Assessment & Resolution

Each reported concern is considered according to the order records, product information, available evidence, the House's published policies, and applicable law. Depending on the circumstances, a resolution may involve correction, replacement, refund, or another legally appropriate remedy. No particular outcome is guaranteed before the relevant facts are reviewed.

Refund Processing

Where a refund is accepted or legally required, it will generally be returned to the original payment method, subject to the applicable payment provider's procedures and legal deadlines. The date on which funds appear in an account may depend on the provider or financial institution.

Rights Under Applicable Law

Nothing on this page excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived. For the governing policy, consult the House's Refund Policy. If this guidance differs from a binding legal requirement, that requirement controls.

Products & Care

Descriptions & Availability

The House endeavors to describe available merchandise accurately through its official product pages. Product listings may be revised, discontinued, or become unavailable. References to unreleased collections or future projects do not mean those products are available for purchase.

Appearance & Natural Variation

Color and appearance can differ across screens, lighting conditions, and photographs. Individual soap bars may also show modest variations in shade or surface appearance arising from production and curing. Such differences do not necessarily indicate a defect; material discrepancies may be submitted for review.

Ingredients & Sensitivities

Clients should consult the ingredient information and directions provided on the product listing and packaging before use, particularly where they have known sensitivities. Product descriptions are not a substitute for professional medical advice. Clients who experience an adverse reaction should discontinue use and seek appropriate medical guidance.

Care of Bar Soap

For best preservation between uses, place a soap bar on a draining dish and allow it to dry away from standing water. Store unused bars in a cool, dry location. Longevity depends on frequency of use, water exposure, and storage conditions; no fixed number of uses is promised.

Fragrance & Sensory Experience

Fragrance character and perceived intensity vary with individual perception and use conditions. Descriptive fragrance language communicates the intended character of a product but does not guarantee an identical sensory experience for every client.

Questions About Merchandise

For questions about ingredients, care, availability, or a concern with a purchased item, clients may contact Customer Assistance. Please identify the product and, where relevant, the associated order number.

Correspondence

Customer Assistance

Questions concerning orders, payments, deliveries, and merchandise may be sent to concierge@theeternalbloomco.com. Include the order number and the email address associated with the purchase when appropriate. The House may request reasonable verification before disclosing order information or making changes.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

For merchandise arriving damaged or incorrect, write to orders@theeternalbloomco.com. Provide the order number, a concise explanation, and photographs where available. Clients should not include complete payment-card information or passwords.

Press & Collaborations

Editorial inquiries, media requests, and proposals for professional collaboration may be directed to press@theeternalbloomco.com. Submission of a proposal does not constitute acceptance, endorsement, or an agreement by the House.

General Correspondence

Other inquiries may be addressed to corporate@theeternalbloomco.com, or submitted through the House's Correspondence page.

Response & Verification

Response times depend on the nature of the request and the information required to investigate it. The House may consult transaction records, payment providers, or shipping carriers where appropriate. Any statutory response deadline or other legal obligation remains applicable.

Official Communications

Clients should exercise caution with unsolicited messages claiming to represent the House. Purchases are completed only through the official checkout, and the House does not request passwords, one-time security codes, or payment to personal accounts through correspondence.
